Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, website, or advisory materials provided by Cloudaura LLC ("Cloudaura"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Scope of Services
Cloudaura provides multi-cloud consulting, cloud migration, cloud architecture, DevOps automation, SaaS engineering, and AI/machine learning implementation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined in separate Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between parties.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a formal SOW:
- Client retains sole ownership of their pre-existing IP, proprietary algorithms, data, and business logic.
- Custom deliverables, IaC configurations, and software created specifically for the client become client property upon full settlement of project invoices.
- Cloudaura retains rights to general reusable libraries, architectural patterns, and engineering frameworks developed independently.
4. Confidentiality & Security
Both parties agree to protect and keep confidential all non-public technical, operational, and financial information disclosed during the engagement. Cloudaura adheres to industry-standard security practices throughout all infrastructure deployments.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudaura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of cloud services or third-party cloud provider outages (including AWS, GCP, and Azure).
